After 8 incredible years, the pizza oven was fired up for the last time on Sunday 2nd August 2026 ending a chapter that has given us so many amazing memories.
To every single customer and every member of the team – thank you.
While the restaurant has now closed, Baked In Brick certainly hasn’t. Our Bakehouse cafés, wholesale bakery and the catering business continues to flourish, and I genuinely can’t wait to share what’s coming next.

Welcome to our collection of proper friendly, neighbourhood cafés serving Baked in Brick’s deliciously fresh bread, cakes, pastries and patisserie to eat in or take home. You’ll find us in Sutton Coldfield, Wylde Green, Digbeth and now open in the Jewellery Quarter.

We’ve got our own proper (proper) bakery and full-time bakers, baking and making everything for our own venues as well as some of Brum’s best restaurants.

Book Baked in Brick for your own event. We’ll work closely with you to provide a bespoke menu and a complete catering package for any occasion. We’ll bring the mini with the pizza oven, one of our gazebos, or use your own kitchens and venue. From award-winning street-food to fine-dining, we’ll make your event the one everyone will remember!
