Why is Baked in Brick the #CatererMotivator?

Lee’s mum always drove a classic Mini. That’s probably what inspired him to buy himself a 1950s Mini convertible last year. But to tack a pizza oven on the back and chuck a BBQ under the bonnet? That’s all Lee. This is a massively innovative street food unit. Our Head of Design Adam took one look at a picture of Lee’s Mini and said, “I want to eat or drive everything in that photo”. Spot on.
