AWARD WINNERSWe took the Baked in Brick Mini to the British Street Food Awards 2016 and won both the ‘Best Main course’ and ‘Best of the Best’ for all round street food trader.

The competition was judged by people I really look up to; street food pioneer Richard Johnson, Michelin starred chefs Nathan Eades and Brad carter and food writer and reviewer Xanthe Clay.
I entered two dishes: our famous BBQ chicken tikka wrap and a Shire meadows beef shin ragu calzone with a Colton Bassett Blue Stilton dip…and it was the calzone that did it. BSFA Awards 2016 – BEST MAIN COURSE! Then when they announced we’d won Best of the Best’ I finally felt Baked in Brick had arrived.
