European Street Food Awards winners 2017 Baked in Brick will be opening a pizzeria at the Custard Factory. Expect beautiful, rustic style pizzas. The 60-seater will have a woodfired oven serving up Neapolitan style pizzas whole and by the slice, and will also do brunch at the weekend.
